AND AVOID ALL THESE POP UPS!!!
One more thought from james to other Classical Guitarists.
" Spread hope, kindness and possibility thinking and we will gain audiences and prosperity"
Kindness and love attract people not the dark side of human emotions"
Lasting Impressions the music of romance.
As soon as they laugh, they're like newborn children taking a breath. Thats classical guitarist James Russell Hunleys approach to his audience. He explains that he likes to involve audience members in the musical experience by inviting them to relax and that way overcome any intimidation they might feel about classical music. I actually tell jokes, he said, and he adds historical spice to his performances by telling colorful anecdotes about composers lives between pieces. The South Jackson Civic Center will present the first in its six-event Family Entertainment Performing Arts Series at 2 p.m. next Sunday. Hunley, whose home is in California, will be joined in concert by gifted tenor Chris Gregory of Tullahoma in a performance called Lasting Impressions, the title of Hunleys recent album.
This rare occasion promises to be classically comfortable and refreshing as well.
James Russell Hunley will combine his classical guitar sounds of love with the voice of gifted tenor Chris Gregory of Tullahoma. The performance, Lasting Impressions, will be presented at the Civic Center December 11. Performs Music of Romance at Civic Center
